20 double rooms, 10 single rooms, 2 suites and 2 holiday apartments are integrated in a modern residential complex opened in 2016. All rooms are nicely furnished and have a shower / toilet and a flat-screen TV.

The hotel does not have a restaurant but spoils its guests daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM with regional products at the breakfast buffet.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the nearby area, the center and the university with the closely scheduled public bus transport.
